National Woman Road Warrior Day


National Women Road Warrior Day was created to celebrate and honor businesswomen who travel significantly for work. It is observed annually on the fourth Tuesday in September.

National Cherries Jubilee Day


Cherries Jubilee is a dessert of black cherries that have been flambeed with brandy, kirsch, or other liqueur and commonly served as a sauce over vanilla ice cream.

National Gay Men’s HIV/AIDS Awareness Day


In 2008 the National Association of People with AIDS (NAPWA) launched this observance day to recognize the disproportionate impact of the epidemic on gay and bisexcual men. The day is a call to action to ensure that every person in every community-especially gay and bisexual men of all ages-knows and talks about HIV prevention and treatment options.
