National Hanging Out Day is a day to encourage people to conserve energy and use a clothesline for drying laundry.

National Oklahoma City Bombing Commemoration Day

The Oklahoma City bombing was a domestic terrorist car bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in downtown Oklahoma City, in the U.S. state of Oklahoma, on April 19, 1995. The bombing destroyed one-third of the building, killed 168 people, and injured more than 680 others.

National Garlic Day

Amaretto is a sweet, almond-flavored, Italian liqueur.

National High Five Day

National High Five Day was started in 2002 at the University of Virginia. A group of students set up shop on the main quad of the campus and gave out high-fives and lemonade. It is usually celebrated on the third Thursday in April.
